- about the project
The Challenge
IKEA Türkiye wanted to create an innovative brand experience that showcased its products in a unique and immersive way. The challenge was to design and produce a fully branded Tiny House, integrate it into a natural forest setting, and host a curated influencer event that highlighted IKEA’s lifestyle positioning. In addition, the Tiny House needed to be constructed with technical specifications that would allow it to later travel as part of a national roadshow across IKEA stores.
Our Approach
We managed the project end-to-end, from concept to execution:
- Designed and produced a custom Tiny House, fully decorated with IKEA products and adapted to be visually accessible from outside.
- Constructed the Tiny House with structural and technical adaptations enabling future use in a roadshow.
- Coordinated installation and venue management in a dedicated forest area in Polonezköy.
- Curated a two-day influencer program including yoga sessions, plant and art workshops, and live music performances.
- Designed and delivered catering services inspired by the Swedish “Midsommar” concept, with matching decoration and presentation.
- Managed guest operations, hospitality and influencer engagement throughout the program.
- Outcome
The Impact
The IKEA Türkiye Tiny House Project created a memorable, immersive brand experience that seamlessly combined design, lifestyle and community engagement. The event generated wide influencer and media coverage, strengthening IKEA’s brand positioning in Türkiye. The Tiny House was also prepared for long-term use, designed to transition into a roadshow format across IKEA stores after the launch.
