- about the project
The Challenge
Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company (ACCBC) needed to bring together its leadership team for the Annual Meeting in Dubai. The goal was to create an event that seamlessly combined high-level business sessions with a premium evening program. Beyond delivering technical excellence and creativity, the challenge was to ensure consistency and flawless execution across two consecutive years, reinforcing ACCBC’s trust in our team to deliver at the highest standards every time.
Our Approach
For two consecutive years, we designed and executed the Annual Meeting and gala evening end-to-end:
- Event Design & Branding: stage and backdrop design, CNC-cut branding elements, media boards, roll-ups, photo booth activations, directional signage, welcome desk branding and floor stickers.
- Technical Production: large-scale LED screens, projection systems, advanced sound and lighting setup, video servers, rigging and generator power. Professional crew including lighting operators, sound engineers, video technicians and stage managers ensured seamless show flow.
- Meeting Program: professional stage and audiovisual setup for plenary sessions, bespoke content production, live show calling and presentation management.
- Entertainment: a bespoke modern dance performance symbolizing “Rise Together Phoenix,” integrated with custom video content; and a gala dinner show headlined by Zeliha Sunal and orchestra, delivering a multilingual and interactive program.
- Guest Operations: protocol-level hospitality, registration and check-in management, a team of hostesses with custom uniforms, and VIP services throughout.
- Photography & Videography: multi-camera coverage, instant photo printing for guests, event content production, and edited highlight films.
- Management & Logistics: accommodation and travel coordination for staff, pre-setup inspection and planning, local logistics and on-site coordination.

The Impact
The ACCBC Annual Meeting was delivered flawlessly for two consecutive years in Dubai, strengthening the company’s leadership culture and brand image. The seamless integration of high-level business sessions with a premium evening program created an engaging balance between professionalism and celebration. The consistency of creative vision, technical precision and guest experience reinforced trust and positioned the event as a highlight in ACCBC’s annual calendar.
