The Challenge
Aujan Coca-Cola’s annual Adel Aujan Awards is the company’s flagship recognition event, designed to honor outstanding achievements within the organization. The challenge was to create a high-level gala dinner that reflected the prestige of the brand while delivering a warm and engaging celebration for over 200 VIP guests. Ensuring seamless coordination of branding, entertainment, protocol, and guest experience at an international standard was essential.
Our Approach
We delivered a turnkey gala experience, from creative design to flawless on-site execution:
- Event Branding & Decoration: stage décor, entrance branding, media board, welcome desk, signage, and roll-ups. Tables were decorated with red and white tulips, candles, and custom-designed trophy tables with LED lighting.
- Technical Production: curved LED screen, advanced audiovisual setup, sound and lighting design, rigging, and power management. Full professional crew for lighting, sound, video and show control.
- Entertainment: Dubai String Quartet performing during cocktail and dinner; an integrated audiovisual and modern dance show synchronized with LED content; and interactive experiences including instant photo frames and a Tiny Planet photo corner.
- Guest Experience & Operations: full protocol and guest hospitality management, hostess teams with custom uniforms, name badges and lanyards, gift boxes with branded bags.
- Media Production: professional photography and videography, content production, and post-event highlight film editing.
- Management & Logistics: complete support team for event flow and operations, travel and accommodation for management team, on-site catering coordination.
