The Challenge
Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company aimed to bring together its leadership team for a two-day management communication meeting in Dubai under the vision of “Rise Together.” The challenge was to combine formal sessions with inspiring recognition and engaging entertainment, ensuring seamless logistics for an international audience while delivering a premium corporate experience.
Our Approach
We provided turnkey event and venue management across two days at the Oberoi Hotel:
- Stage design, technical setup and show flow management for plenary sessions.
- Direction and execution of the award ceremony.
- Entertainment and dinner program including projection mapping, live music and a cake ceremony.
- Content production: success video, values re-edit and bumper videos.
- Host and hostess coordination, guest hospitality and operational support.
- Photo and video coverage with live editing for instant highlights.
