The Challenge
Herbalife aimed to create an exclusive international incentive trip that combined premium hospitality, wellness, and entertainment for over 1,500 distributors and their guests. The challenge was to design a five-day experience that delivered seamless logistics, memorable brand moments, and a balance between leisure and Herbalife’s signature wellness culture.
Our Approach
We managed the entire program turnkey, ensuring a consistent brand experience throughout:
- Concept design, logistics, branding, decoration and technical production.
- Hospitality and logistics: VIP meet & greet, transfers, hotel branding, signage, staff and hostess coordination.
- Signature brand activations including Fit Club sessions and a Shake Bar.
- Social and entertainment program: Welcome Reception, 5★ Brunch, 7★ Champagne Reception, Pre-Party and Farewell Party.
- Live entertainment, guest gifting and curated décor aligned with Herbalife identity.
- Special decoration and tailored concepts designed for each event throughout the five days.
- Media production: full professional photo and video coverage plus an after-movie edit.
