The Challenge
Setur and Jeep wanted to introduce the Renegade in Turkey with an event that would go beyond a standard car launch. The challenge was to design a program that combined a high-end launch presentation with a memorable lifestyle experience, highlighting both the vehicle’s adventurous identity and its urban appeal.
Our Approach
We managed the event end-to-end, delivering both the formal launch presentation and the experiential driving activities:
- Launch Presentation & Gala Dinner
- Stage and scenography design, technical setup (sound, light, video) and show flow management for the official launch presentation.
- Gala dinner production including space design, decoration, and branded details in line with Jeep’s identity.
- Off-Road Driving Experience
- Designed and constructed a custom off-road test drive track in Köprülü Kanyon.
- Coordinated participant flow, vehicle rotations, and safety measures.
- Managed on-site catering for lunch during the test drive program.
- Event Branding & Guest Experience
- Produced all branding elements across hotel and off-road locations.
- Designed guest journey and coordinated operations throughout the multi-day program.

The Impact
The Jeep Renegade Launch combined a high-profile presentation with an authentic outdoor adventure. The dual-format program allowed guests to experience the Renegade’s off-road capabilities first-hand while also engaging in a premium gala event. The seamless execution across Regnum Carya and Köprülü Kanyon ensured strong engagement and left a lasting impression on participants.
