The Challenge
Japan Tobacco International (JTI) wanted to celebrate Camel’s 100th anniversary with a high-profile brand event in Istanbul. The goal was to honor Camel’s heritage while delivering a stylish and engaging experience for invited guests in one of the city’s most iconic venues, Esma Sultan Mansion.
Our Approach
We designed and delivered the full anniversary celebration with end-to-end event management:
- Venue & Branding: Transformed Esma Sultan with Camel-branded décor, custom stage design, lounges, bars, and lighting. Guests entered through a Camel Yellow entry carpet, creating a bold first impression aligned with brand identity.
- Entertainment:
- Headline performance by international star Kim Wilde, supported by DJ acts.
- Live jazz band performance during the cocktail reception, creating an elegant opening atmosphere.
- Special choreographed dance performances, aerial bartender champagne show, and interactive bar entertainment throughout the night.
- Guest Journey: Seamless flow from cocktail to gala program, supported by valet, protocol-level guest operations, and trained hostess teams.
- Production: Full technical setup including staging, audiovisual systems, lighting, and branding across all event touchpoints.
- Catering: Coordination with premium catering service, ensuring high-quality dining and beverage experience.

The Impact
The Camel 100th Anniversary Party delivered an unforgettable evening for JTI and its distinguished guests. By combining international entertainment, refined hospitality, and creative branding, the event celebrated Camel’s century-long legacy with elegance and impact. Guests left with a strong emotional connection to both the brand and the milestone.
