- about the project
The Challenge
Koç Holding organizes annual New Year celebrations for its employees and the Koç family staff, each year with a fresh theme and program. For the editions in 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018, our agency was entrusted with delivering the concept, design and full event management. The challenge each year was to bring a unique festive atmosphere to prestigious venues such as Koç Holding Headquarters and the Rahmi M. Koç Museum, while combining award ceremonies, live entertainment, and seasonal décor at the highest production standards.
Our Approach
For the years we delivered, we created distinct year-end experiences:
- Concept & Design: Developed unique New Year themes for each edition, reflecting both the festive spirit and Koç Holding’s corporate culture.
- Venue Transformation: Complete decoration and design of Koç Holding Headquarters and Rahmi M. Koç Museum, with stage backdrops, thematic installations, lighting, and seasonal décor.
- Awards Ceremony: Directed and managed the Koç Holding Awards, producing personalized videos to highlight honorees.
- Entertainment: Contracted leading Turkish artists for concerts each year, supported by full technical production.
- Production: End-to-end stage, sound, light, video, and scenography for each unique concept.
- Guest Experience: Protocol-level guest operations, catering coordination, and hospitality management for employees and Koç family staff.

The Impact
Across the years we delivered, Koç Holding’s New Year Parties offered a combination of celebration, recognition, and entertainment. Each event created a memorable experience for both employees and the Koç family, strengthening community spirit and delivering festive joy in an elegant setting.
