The Challenge
The Turkish Basketball Federation’s annual All-Star event is one of the most high-profile fixtures of the basketball calendar in Türkiye, drawing thousands of fans and live broadcast audiences. The challenge was to manage the flow and entertainment of the day, ensuring dynamic in-arena experiences that matched the energy of the game and engaged fans continuously.
Our Approach
We were responsible for full entertainment and operations management inside the arena:
- Managed flow and entertainment programming throughout the event.
- Coordinated on-court shows to keep fans engaged between game action.
- Oversaw PA & MC coordination for seamless in-arena communication.
- Delivered light and dance shows to elevate the atmosphere.
- Managed multimedia and digital graphics for in-game content.
- Produced and managed the trophy and closing ceremony.
