The Challenge
Vimto aimed to host a high-level international kick-off in Bahrain, bringing together distributors for a four-day program that combined meetings, entertainment and social gatherings. The challenge was to deliver an experience that seamlessly integrated logistics, creative content and premium hospitality, while also reinforcing the brand’s prestige with memorable moments such as a private island gala.
Our Approach
We provided full-service destination and event management covering every detail of the program:
- Flights, transfers, accommodation and venue contracting.
- Stage design, technical setup, scenography and audiovisual production with full show flow management.
- Entertainment programming, MC coordination and custom costume design.
- Creative branding and décor including visual identity, signage and participant gifting.
- Catering and F&B management across all days, including a gala dinner on a private island.
- Concept design and execution ensuring a cohesive brand presence throughout.
