The Challenge
Vorwerk wanted to host an exclusive five-day executive program in Istanbul for its senior leadership from more than 10 countries. The program needed to balance high-level meetings with cultural immersion, premium hospitality and a memorable gala evening. Everything had to be executed flawlessly at a luxury standard.
Our Approach
We provided full event and DMC management covering every detail of the executive journey:
- VIP services: airport lounges, meet & greet, luxury transfers and five-star accommodation at Swissôtel Bosphorus with personalized pillow gifts.
- Curated program and venues: welcome dinners, daily meetings, rowing activities, spa experiences and cultural tours including Rahmi Koç Museum and Sultanahmet.
- Gala at 1001 Direk Cistern: complete technical production, staging, lighting, LED and projection, award ceremony and after-party.
- Entertainment and branding: live performances, DJ sets, décor and print design, themed cocktails and personalized guest gifts such as custom coffee sets.
- Media production: photography, videography, after-movie and tailored screen content.

The Impact
The five-day program delivered seamless logistics and premium hospitality, offering executives a perfect balance of business and leisure. The gala at the historic 1001 Direk Cistern was transformed into a high-impact award and entertainment night that left a lasting impression.
