The Challenge
The Moments Entertainment has been the trusted partner for Herbalife Nutrition Kick Off and Summer Spectecular events in Türkiye since 2014, delivering these annual gatherings with consistency and creativity year after year.
In 2025, Herbalife Nutrition sought to host its annual Kick Off in Turkey at an unprecedented scale, combining large-scale distributor gatherings with exclusive recognition and social events. The challenge was to deliver a seamless three-day program across multiple venues, highlight a major product launch, and balance training, entertainment, and VIP hospitality for over 10,000 total participants.
Our Approach
We managed and produced the event turnkey across three days and two venues:
- Stage design, scenography, technical setup, and show direction covering sound, lighting, and video.
- Full visual identity and branding, including bespoke video and animation content.
- A spectacular product launch performance featuring aerial dance, choreography, and custom multimedia.
- Guest services and operations: lounges, catering, hostess teams, crowd flow, and security management.
- Exclusive social experiences including a Masquerade Ball and executive gala dinner.

The Impact
The Herbalife Kick Off 2025 successfully gathered over 8,000 distributors daily at Ankara Arena, alongside 1,500 VIP guests at the Masquerade Ball and executive gala. The innovative stage production spotlighted Herbalife’s new product with memorable impact. By combining training, recognition, and entertainment with high-end social events, the Kick Off strengthened brand loyalty and received highly positive feedback from both Herbalife leadership and participants.
