The Challenge
Herbalife aimed to celebrate its 25th anniversary in Türkiye with a milestone Kick Off event that reflected both the brand’s legacy and its future ambitions. The four-day program needed to bring together over 15,000 participants daily across three iconic venues, combining large-scale distributor training, anniversary celebrations, and exclusive social gatherings. The challenge was not only to deliver flawless logistics and production but also to capture the spirit of Herbalife’s 25 years of growth in Türkiye while inspiring distributors for the future.
Our Approach
We managed and produced the event turnkey across four days and three venues:
- Concept and creative direction: development of the 25th Anniversary key visual and full branding.
- Stage design, technical setup and show direction for large-scale ceremonies at Sinan Erdem Arena.
- Full operations: accreditation, security, protocol seating, artist management, crowd and guest flow.
- Venue transformation: lounges, VIP reception areas, backstage facilities, gala dinner setups.
- Entertainment and celebrations: concerts, gala party at Esma Sultan Mansion, anniversary reception at Divan Kuruçeşme, and recognition ceremonies honoring top distributors.
- Guest experience: networking opportunities, training sessions, and product education to reinforce Herbalife’s vision and community spirit.

The Impact
The Herbalife Nutrition Kick Off 2023 engaged more than 15,000 participants daily in the brand’s largest post-pandemic gathering. The event became a memorable 25th anniversary celebration that honored Herbalife’s 25 years in Türkiye while energizing its community for future growth. It combined business, recognition and entertainment in a way that strengthened distributor loyalty, reinforced trust in the brand and created unforgettable moments praised by Herbalife leadership and participants alike.
