The Challenge
The Moments Entertainment has been the trusted partner for Herbalife Nutrition Kick Off and Summer Spectecular events in Türkiye since 2014, delivering these annual gatherings with consistency and creativity year after year.
Herbalife aimed to host its 2024 Kick Off in Ankara, bringing together thousands of distributors, executives and VIPs across multiple venues. The program combined three days of training and ceremonies at Ankara Arena, an 80’s themed party at Ankara Marriott Hotel and executive gala dinners at Mövenpick Hotel. The challenge was to deliver all of these at a consistent quality across venues while maintaining flawless execution for more than 10,000 participants each day.
Our Approach
We managed and produced the event turnkey across three venues:
- Stage design, scenography, technical setup and show direction including sound, lighting, video and kinetic lights.
- Visual identity and branding with key visuals, décor, signage and accreditation materials.
- Video and animation content including motion graphics and stage visuals.
- Product launch show featuring choreographed dancers and kinetic light effects.
- Guest services: lounges, catering, security, hostess teams and large-scale crowd control.
- Concert production including Pandami’s live show at Ankara Arena.
- Social and networking experiences with an 80’s themed party and executive gala dinners.
Our holistic approach ensured consistency across all venues and gave participants a seamless brand experience.

The Impact
The Herbalife Kick Off 2024 engaged more than 15,000 participants daily with flawless delivery across multiple venues. The innovative main stage product launch became a highlight of the program and reinforced Herbalife’s dynamic brand image. The event elevated Herbalife’s annual gathering to a new standard and received highly positive feedback from both management and participants.
