- about the project
The Challenge
Koç Holding organizes annual “Welcome Summer” celebrations seperatly for both holding employees and Koç Family staff. Each edition requires a unique seasonal concept, a festive yet elegant atmosphere, and diverse entertainment activities. For the years 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2022, our agency was selected to deliver the events, with the challenge of designing distinctive experiences that combine creative décor, live performances, and engaging activities.
Our Approach
Each year, we created a bespoke theme and fully transformed the venue into an immersive summer experience:
- 2014 – “Colors of Summer”: vibrant décor, interactive activities, and photo areas.
- 2015 – “Aegean Tavern”: coastal-inspired design, seafood-inspired décor, and Mediterranean atmosphere.
- 2016 – “A Summer Evening”: staged at Rahmi Koç Museum with elegant evening décor and interactive shows.
- 2022 – “Mediterranean Spirit”: blue-white-yellow summer styling, bohemian lounges, tarot and henna corners, caricaturist, illusionist, and dedicated photo zones.
Key elements delivered across the years included:
- Creative décor, furniture, and stage design
- Full technical production (sound, light, video)
- Guest activities: caricaturist, tarot, henna, illusion shows
- Live concerts by renowned Turkish artists (e.g., Simge Sağın in 2022)
- Recognition ceremony with tailor-made video content

The Impact
For each year we managed, the Koç Holding Summer Parties successfully combined celebration and recognition with a strong sense of community. Distinctive themes and engaging programs turned the gatherings into memorable highlights of the corporate calendar, reinforcing employee pride and loyalty while delivering joyful seasonal experiences.
