The Challenge
The Diyanet Center of America sought to inaugurate its new cultural and religious complex with a high-profile international ceremony attended by heads of state, ambassadors and senior officials. The challenge was to manage protocol and security at the highest level in coordination with the US Secret Service and local authorities, while delivering an event that reflected the cultural significance of the center through production, branding and hospitality.
Our Approach
We managed the entire opening ceremony end-to-end:
- Coordinated VVIP protocol management in collaboration with the US Secret Service and security agencies.
- Delivered stage design, technical setup and entertainment programming for the opening.
- Curated branding, décor and exhibition areas across the cultural center.
- Oversaw host/hostess coordination, guest hospitality and catering services.
