- about the project
The Challenge
Stock Intellectual Property Services aimed to combine professional networking with a lifestyle-driven brand experience through a four-day pop-up office concept, “StockStation,” and an exclusive evening reception, “Chillinspire – A StockSoirée.” The challenge was to create a branded meeting space for business engagements and deliver a premium social event for select VIPs, ensuring a cohesive brand presence and flawless execution across both formats.
Our Approach
We managed the project comprehensively, from concept to delivery:
- StockStation (22–25 October): created a branded pop-up office environment at Kiva Bomonti for client meetings, supported by a digital appointment system and on-site guest operations.
- StockSoirée (24 October): produced a 100-guest VIP cocktail reception featuring a fully branded space with photo backdrops, decoration, signage and DJ perfromance.
- Managed guest operations with hostess teams, iPad-based check-in and RSVP tracking.
- Delivered catering services for both the pop-up office and soirée.
- Provided photography, videography and wallbooth activations, including post-event highlight video.
- Curated premium guest gifts and handled logistics, transport, installation and on-site management.

The Impact
The StockStation & StockSoirée program successfully combined business and social engagement in one integrated brand experience. Across four days, Stock hosted clients and partners in a professional yet welcoming pop-up office, while the soirée offered an elevated networking environment for VIP guests. Personalized invitations, digital RSVP systems and carefully curated event details reinforced Stock’s innovative and premium positioning, leaving a lasting impression on attendees and strengthening key relationships.
