The Challenge
For the UEFA Champions League Final 2021, UEFA wanted to engage fans in Porto with a giant replica trophy installation and a four-day original trophy display stage. The challenge was to ensure seamless logistics and smooth day-to-day operations during one of the world’s most high-profile sporting events.
Our Approach
We were responsible for the logistics and operational management of both activations:
- Coordinated the installation and daily operation of the giant replica trophy in the city center.
- Managed the original trophy display stage over four days, ensuring an organized and memorable fan photo experience.
- Oversaw on-site logistics in close collaboration with UEFA’s event management.

The Impact
The trophy displays became a key highlight of the Champions League Final 2021 city operations, attracting thousands of visitors and significant media coverage. With precise operational execution, the installations ran seamlessly throughout the Final week and contributed to the festive atmosphere across Porto.
