The Challenge
Ahead of the UEFA Europa League Final in Istanbul, UEFA required an official Celebration Party befitting the prestige of the final — a black-tie gathering that would reflect both UEFA’s brand identity and Istanbul’s cultural heritage, hosted at one of the city’s most iconic historic venues, Çırağan Palace. The challenge was to deliver a fully bespoke, protocol-level experience for 350 guests, blending international sports hospitality standards with authentic local culture.
Our Approach
We delivered full-scale creative direction, event design, and turnkey production for the Celebration Party:
- Complete production infrastructure: stage, lighting, sound, LED, décor, and VIP setup
- Creative direction and event design aligned with UEFA’s brand identity and Istanbul’s cultural heritage
- A curated entertainment program featuring horon (traditional folk dance) teams, dance performances, and a live performance by Ekin Uzunlar
- Artist management, backstage setup, and on-site operations
- A guest journey designed end-to-end, from arrival to farewell, with protocol-level hospitality

The Celebration Party brought together 350 guests for an elevated evening that honored UEFA’s global stature while showcasing Istanbul’s rich cultural identity. The seamless production and protocol-level hospitality delivered a polished, memorable experience worthy of the Europa League Final.
