The Challenge
Vorwerk needed a full-day gala event at one of Istanbul’s leading hotels to bring together 550 Thermomix distributors and VIP guests for the ThermoGala 2026. The challenge was to deliver a polished, single-day production — from venue coordination and logistics to a large-scale stage show — while integrating product presentations and an award ceremony that celebrated distributor achievements.
Our Approach
We delivered full turnkey event management across venue, production, and hospitality:
- Complete venue coordination, logistics planning, and professional staffing
- Stage design and technical production featuring a 70 m² stage with LED screens, sound, and lighting systems
- Branding, décor, signage, and interactive product showcases
- Special on-stage presentations integrating Thermomix products, alongside an award ceremony celebrating distributor achievements
- Guest hospitality including catering, protocol seating, VIP courtesy arrangements, and interpretation support
